Maryjo Morris
Volunteerism started early for Maryjo who by the age of 6 accompanied her mother to volunteer events at Missouri Botanical Garden. She sold memberships, cared for the herb garden, assisted with mailings and was even an Easter Bunny one year.

After graduating with a BS in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, Maryjo managed large commercial construction projects for national general contractors/owners throughout the US. Projects included: Parking structures, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and a casino.

During that time Maryjo served on the board of young professionals at South Eastern Center of Contemporary Art called ACCES in Winston Salem NC and became a member of National Society of Colonial Dames of America.

When Maryjo moved to Florida she started volunteering at Eden Gardens State Park. She joined the board of directors for the Friends of Eden in 2005 and has held many volunteer positions including committee chair for the FOE rummage sale, chairman of Way and Means/Special Events and Vice President. Eden Gardens State Park hosts several public events yearly such as School of the Soldier, Camellia Festival, decorating the Wesley house and then the Candle Light Christmas Tour.

Maryjo is currently a realtor with Prudential Coastal Properties.
