Phil is a CPA who moved to the Tampa area two years ago from Cleveland, Ohio. While in Cleveland he owned and operated his own CPA firm specializing in small business accounting and tax preparation. Phil is a graduate of Marietta College in Ohio, where he was a member of the national championship Crew team.
Since moving to Florida, he has become actively involved in charitable causes through his membership in the Rotary Club of Seven Springs. He joined the FFSP Board as Treasurer in 2009.
